EDEN AI Analytics is a set of four browser-based rooms for working with business data and documents: DataPrep, Financial analysis, Market intelligence and Credit View. Each room takes the files you already have, does one job well, and shows you exactly what it did, so a reviewer can check every figure before it is used.
The first two rooms work on spreadsheets. The last two work on documents, read by EDEN's own Document Extractor, which turns filings and loan files into checked values with a source behind each one.
The four rooms
- DataPrep — clean a spreadsheet you can trust. Takes a CSV or Excel export with mixed date formats, stray blank rows, duplicates and inconsistent number formats, and returns one consistent file with a quality grade and a record of every change. For teams who inherit exports from banking, ERP or billing systems and need them clean before anything else happens.
- Financial analysis — see the story in your transactions. Finds the amount, date and category columns, then builds the key figures, daily and monthly trends, category totals, the largest transactions and a set of findings, and turns them into a PDF report or a slide deck. For month-end reviews, board packs and quick answers to "how did this quarter go?".
- Market intelligence — compare companies on the same measures. Reads earnings reports and filings from up to ten companies, extracts sixty financial measures, puts them on the same units and periods, and flags each one against a benchmark range and the peer group, with analyst notes. For investment memos, credit committees and anyone who has spent a day re-keying figures from PDFs.
- Credit View — check a loan file before it moves on. Reads every document in a loan case, extracts the parameters that matter, and shows where the documents disagree, with the page and the original text behind each value. Adds the required-document checklist and lending-policy checks. For credit teams, operations and audit who need a file checked completely and quickly.
How the rooms fit together
- DataPrep and Financial analysis share one cleaning engine: a file cleaned in DataPrep is ready for analysis, and Financial analysis applies the same steps before it analyses.
- Market intelligence and Credit View share the Document Extractor: the same reading, retrieval and extraction pipeline, with a knowledge base of measures for filings and one of parameters for loan files.
- Every room keeps its working: what was changed, where a value came from, and how sure the extraction was. Nothing is a black box.
Built around your needs
Every room is highly customisable. EDEN configures each one for the client it serves rather than shipping one fixed product.
- DataPrep — which cleaning steps run, which columns hold dates, numbers and duplicate keys, and the export formats your downstream systems expect.
- Financial analysis — which columns are analysed, which figures, charts and findings your reviews need, and what the report and deck contain.
- Market intelligence — the measures and benchmark ranges for your sector, the companies you follow, and the shape of the comparison workbook.
- Credit View — your document types, the parameters to extract, the required-document checklist, your lending-policy rules, and the mapping to your credit processing system.
- New document types, parameters and rules are added to the knowledge bases as data, and the extractor, the checks and the exports pick them up.
What teams use EDEN for
- Cleaning system exports before reconciliation, reporting or migration, with an audit trail of every change.
- Turning a transaction file into a report or deck in minutes, with findings a reviewer can trace back to the rows.
- Standing two to ten companies side by side on consistent measures, without manual re-keying from PDFs.
- Checking a loan bundle for completeness, consistency and policy before disbursal, and exporting an audit-ready workbook.
- Loading extracted case data into an existing credit processing system through a mapped workbook.
What every result includes
- Source references — where a value came from, when the product records it (see Sources & change history).
- Change history — the steps that were applied to your data, in order.
- Exports — files you can download and share (see Files & exports).
How to try it
On the homepage, select a product to see an example of its output, then choose Open to go to that room; if you are not signed in yet, you will sign in first and land in the room. DataPrep and Financial analysis are available to every account. Market intelligence and Credit View need Pro access, which the EDEN team grants on request. Book a demo to see any room with your own files.
