1. Who we are

Eden AI Analytics ("EDEN", "we", "us") is operated by Eden AI Labs. We provide AI-powered data intelligence tools for data cleansing, financial analysis, and market intelligence. Our website is edenaianalytics.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information — name and email address when you sign up via Google or email.
Uploaded files — CSV, XLSX, and PDF files you upload for processing. These are stored securely and used solely to deliver the service.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, and performance metrics for improving the product.
Device information — browser type, IP address, and operating system for security and analytics.

3. How we handle Google user data

If you choose to sign in with Google, EDEN receives a limited set of Google user data through Google OAuth. This section describes — completely — what we access, how we use it, how it is shared, how it is protected, and how long we keep it.

3.1 · Data accessed

EDEN requests only Google's basic, non-sensitive sign-in scopes: openid, userinfo.email and userinfo.profile. Through these we receive your name, your email address, your profile picture, and your Google account identifier. EDEN does not request or receive access to any other Google data — no Gmail, no Google Drive, no Google Docs or Sheets, no Calendar, no Contacts, and no other Google Workspace content.

3.2 · Data usage

Google user data is used solely to: (a) create your EDEN account; (b) authenticate you on subsequent sign-ins; (c) display your name and picture inside the product; and (d) send you transactional service emails (such as account notices) at the address on your account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit scoring, or any purpose unrelated to operating EDEN. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

EDEN's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3.3 · Data sharing

Google user data is shared only with the infrastructure providers that operate EDEN, acting as data processors on our behalf: Supabase (authentication and database hosting, where your account record lives) and Vercel (application hosting, which serves the app that displays your profile). It is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, analytics vendors, AI-model providers, or any other third party. We may disclose data if required by law, and we will notify you where legally permitted.

3.4 · Data storage & protection

Your Google-derived account data is stored in Supabase's managed infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security policies and role-based access controls; production credentials are held by authorized personnel only. We never receive or store your Google password, and we hold no long-lived Google API tokens beyond the sign-in flow.

3.5 · Data retention & deletion

Google-derived account data is retained for as long as your EDEN account is active. You can have it deleted in any of three ways: (a) email hello@edenailabs.com from your account address requesting deletion — we complete deletion within 30 days and confirm to you in writing; (b) request account closure, which deletes the account record on the same schedule; or (c) revoke EDEN's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately prevents any further access by EDEN.

4. How we use your information

To provide and operate the EDEN platform and its tools.
To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
To process and analyse files you upload at your request.
To improve platform features and fix bugs.
To send transactional emails (e.g. magic links, account notices).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded files or your personal data to train AI models.

5. Data storage & security

Your files and account data are stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Uploaded files are stored in private, access-controlled storage buckets. We follow industry-standard security practices and regularly review our infrastructure.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
Google OAuth — optional sign-in via your Google account (see section 3).
Vercel / cloud infrastructure — application hosting.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for them to function.

7. Data retention

Uploaded files are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Account data (including Google-derived data, per section 3.5) is deleted upon account closure or on request, within 30 days. To request deletion at any time, contact hello@edenailabs.com.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@edenailabs.com.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
